My name is Barbara White. I am the preschool teacher at St. Matthew School.

After a 10 year business career, I decided to get my teaching certificate. I taught Elementary School Spanish for five years and then took a 13 year break to raise my family. While my children were young, I ran a preschool program out of my home. I have been a substitute teacher for the past 7 years.

My husband is retired from the Air Force and we plan to stay in Bellevue. I have one son currently attending St. Matthew School and one has graduated from St. Matthew. I am excited to be a part of a community that works hand in hand to help our children become vital citizens in today's world.
