Admissions

Dear St. Matthew’s Parents:

We would like to thank you for your support and dedication to St. Matthew School/Parish, our faculty, and our administration this past year. It is hard to believe we are making plans for the 2011-2012 school year registration. We have accomplished many things this first semester including the use of our new Promethean ActivBoards in the classrooms. We will continue to provide excellent instruction for our students.

We do not anticipate any significant changes for next year. Your child(ren) will continue to receive rigorous and challenging academic offerings. Our staff will encourage and work with your child(ren) to provide an education which will address their intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. Spanish, physical education, music, and library/media will still be the part of the curriculum that is taught by specialists. Our staff will continue to work with each child to help prepare him/her to meet future challenges.

Registration will be accepted for current school families on Monday, February 7. It is important that all families remember that in order to receive tuition at the “Parishioner” rate, families must be active and contributing parishioners who show consistent stewardship. We are so thankful that St. Matthew Parish provides financial support to our school which helps keep our tuition rates at a reasonable level. The good news is that there is no change in the K-8 tuition, registration/book fee or preschool tuition. We are once again encouraging our current families to register their children as soon as possible as we will be accepting registrations for parish families starting on Monday, February 14, and non-parish families on Monday, February 21. If you need additional information regarding scholarships or financial aid, please contact the school office at (402)291-2030 or the Pastor at (402) 292-7418.

If you have any other questions or comments, please call the office. Please do not hesitate to share any and all of this infJormation with friends and neighbors because you and your family are our best advertisers. Our registration information and forms are available above.
